Shipping Policy for Physical Products
We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products sold through our platform and complies with India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and relevant e-commerce regulations. All shipments are handled with care, but please note that delivery times and costs may vary based on location and product type. We reserve the right to update this policy as needed.
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship within India (domestic) and select international destinations (e.g., USA, UK, UAE, Canada). International shipping is available for most products; restricted items (e.g., perishables or hazardous goods) may not qualify. Check product pages for availability.
- Shipping Methods and Carriers: We use trusted partners like India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart (for domestic), and FedEx/DHL (for international). Standard shipping is ground/air as appropriate. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
- Delivery Times:
- Domestic (India): 3-7 business days from order confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays). Metro cities: 2-4 days; remote areas: up to 10 days.
- International: 7-21 business days, depending on customs clearance. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or customs.

- Shipping Costs:
- Domestic: Free shipping on orders above ₹999; otherwise, ₹99-₹199 based on weight and distance.
- International: Calculated at checkout (₹500-₹5,000+ based on weight/destination). We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) options where we cover import duties, taxes, and customs fees upfront for seamless delivery—select this at checkout for no surprises. If not DDP, you are responsible for any additional duties/taxes upon arrival.
All costs include packaging; oversized/heavy items may incur extra fees.
- Order Tracking and Updates: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp (+91-8000-211-786). Track your order on the carrier’s website. For queries, contact us within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, report within 48 hours of delivery (with photos). We’ll investigate and replace/refund at no extra cost, subject to carrier terms. Insurance is included for all shipments.
- Customs and Duties (International Only): For DDP shipments, all duties, GST, and customs are prepaid by us. For non-DDP, the recipient pays any import duties/taxes as per local laws. We cannot be held liable for customs delays or rejections.
- Cancellations and Changes: Orders can be canceled before shipping (full refund minus any processing fees). Post-shipment changes are not possible. For returns, refer to our separate Refund Policy.
9.Record a Video During Unboxing:To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any disputes and protect against fraudulent claims (which we’ve unfortunately encountered many times), we strongly recommend recording a short video on your mobile device while opening the package. Start the recording before unboxing and clearly show the product condition upon receipt. This simple step helps us verify issues quickly—if not provided, shipping-related refunds or replacements may be denied, as it prevents misuse of our policies.
